Risotto is one of the most versatile dishes I know - it is like a white canvas, there are endless possibilities

ALL'ONDA
An Italian phrase meaning ‘on the wave’, all’onda refers to the risotto-making technique which sees rice gently tossed in the pan to create a smooth, flowing texture reminiscent of waves.
The restaurant draws on its namesake to showcase a series of refined risottos, using the classic Italian dish as a springboard to explore seasonal flavours and textures.
Our Menu
Our menu reflects the restaurant’s credo: risotto and fine dining. There are always five or six risotti on the menu, some more traditional, others more adventurous.
The starters and mains dishes are designed to complement these risotti, but they can also be enjoyed on their own.
Every dish is made of the freshest ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible.
